At this division, manufacturing stages are documented by experienced engineers as detailed hereunder and workshop drawings are prepared while controlling the design and architectural drawings.
– Control of engineering drawings of structures in view of compliance with the drawings
of architecture and foundations
– Review and specification of optimum manufacturing procedures and feasibility study
of machinery
– Preparation of workshop drawings by using modeling software packages such as
TEKLASTRUCTURES (Xsteel) together with the details of welding and permissible
tolerances
– Estimation of required raw materials, bolts and nuts, electrodes and paints and
preparation of list of orders
– Preparation of cutting map by PLUS 2D software in order to minimize the wastage of
raw materials
