Derusting operations are carried out in this division by two methods, namely mechanized and
traditional methods.
– Mechanized method is carried out by using shot blast automatic line, automatic
painting, drying tunnel furnace for different sections and raw sheets up to 1.5 m wide
and continuous length without any limitation
– Traditional method is carried out by using silica or tombac nozzles
Moreover, pieces are packed in order of preference.
